RCCCR implemented the Ministry of Science and Technology's Science Popularization Program “Heritage, Arts, and Science” from 2013 to 2015. For the first time, the restoration of cultural relics in RCCCR was documented through educational series and short animations, including the visits to China and Japan for materials collection. In the 8 episodes, portraits, hanging scrolls, film reels, oil paintings, photographs, and murals were filmed.

RCCCR wish to promote, educate and introduce the public the restoration and heritage related knowledge. Among them, "Mother’s Old Photograph - Restoration of Photographs" and "Reminiscence - Restoration of Portraits" won the 103rd National Excellent Educational Film Award and the Best Work Award respectively.
